| In addition to membership in the State Bars of NY, NJ, and GA, I am also a Registered Patent Attorney,. I handle patent and trademark prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as federal litigation throughout the U.S., as I am regularly admitted in numerous federal district courts. In addition to my intellectual law practice I have handled a number of aviation related patent and litigation matters. I have had a pilot's license since 1974 and an instrument rating since 1985 during which time I have owned a Piper Warrior (PA-28-151), a Piper Lance (PA-32R-300), a Czech SportCruiser (CRUZ), a Diamond DA-40-DiamondStar (until the EF/3 tornado during the March 2020 LPBA Nashville Convention), and I now own a Piper Archer. |
